Great location. The only downside is no heating so was quite old in one of the rooms (we had 3 rooms for 7 people). The mattress was very firm, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep, can’t give 5starts. But super clean and quiet rooms.

An amazing experience! Was in Lake Como for a family wedding and the hotel was perfectly located in the Piazza! We were able to walk to the Villa Geno for the wedding and back home at the end of the night. We had drinks in each of the restaurants in the square and had a great time with our family.
The staff at the hotel was wonderful arranging a car service for us to get to and from the hotel. Breakfast was perfect with something for everyone - tea, coffee, pastry, pancakes, eggs, meats and cheeses just to name a few. I would definately stay there again!
Great location, in the central square of Como. Rooms(and lift) are small, apart from the bed which is large and comfortable. We had a room which faced onto the square, which was great and I would recommend losing a little extra for this. The hotel staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good, even having freshly squeezed orange juice available.
